Our story

Why we work the way we do.

Apnirman was started with a simple frustration in mind — most homeowners and business owners end up managing two separate relationships for one project: an architect who draws the plan, and a contractor who builds something slightly different from it.

We built Apnirman to close that gap. One team handles design, government approvals and construction supervision, so the building that gets handed over actually matches the drawings that were approved.

Today, that approach covers residential homes, commercial spaces, interiors and urban planning projects — led personally by Principal Architect Ar. Nitin Kumar Batham on every project we take on.

Nitin leads every project at Apnirman personally, from the first site visit to final handover. His practice spans residential homes, commercial spaces and urban and township planning — bringing a planner's sense of scale to a home's floor plan, and a home's attention to detail to larger commercial sites.

With 5–10 years of practice, he has built Apnirman around a single idea: that good design only matters if it actually gets built the way it was drawn.
